Terms of use

These terms cover your use of gaminglookout.com. They are deliberately short — we would rather you read them than scroll past them.

1. Who we are

GamingLookout is operated by DALMATIA FINANCE LTD (Company No. 14139951), registered at 36 Mannering Gardens, Westcliff-on-Sea, SS0 0BQ. It is an independent, affiliate-funded comparison website. We are not a gambling operator, hold no gambling licence and need none, because no gambling takes place here. We are not owned by, nor do we own, any operator listed. Our funding is described in the affiliate disclosure. Contact: help@gaminglookout.com.

2. Age restriction

This site is for people aged 18 or over in Great Britain. If you are under 18, close the page — the operators we link to will verify your age at registration and gambling underage is a criminal offence for the operator and a dead end for you.

3. What our content is

Grades, descriptions and comparisons are editorial opinion based on our own checks at the time of writing. They are not financial advice, not a recommendation to gamble, and not a guarantee of any outcome. Operators change their terms, games and payout practices without notifying us, so verify anything that matters on the operator's own site before depositing.

4. Third-party sites

Links from this site lead to operators and support organisations we do not control. Your relationship with a casino — its terms, your deposits, its decisions about your account — is between you and that operator under its terms, regulated by the Gambling Commission. We accept no liability for losses arising on third-party sites, and we cannot intervene in disputes, though we do want to hear about them because they affect grades.

5. Our content and changes

Text and original graphics on this site are ours; operator logos belong to their owners and appear for identification only. We may update these terms and will date material changes. Continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
